Roman Reigns Would Not Wrestle In WWE Hell In A Cell
Roman Reigns will not be involved in the next WWE hell in a cell premium live event, according to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.
While the tribal leader reportedly recently signed a new deal with WWE, it has been widely reported that his schedule will be less taxing. The undisputed WWE Universal Champion is not announced for any TV tapings or live events for July and August. But Roman Reigns is now set to sit out the next event, which will take place next month. His next title match is expected to be at WWE money in the bank Event.
At this time, it’s unclear what this means for the show itself. It’s also unclear what will happen with Drew McIntyre, or how WWE plans to explain Roman’s upcoming TV absences.
Roman Reigns is expected to be involved in the WWE money in the bank and WWE Summer Slam shows. Both of these events will be stadium events, and it should be part of television in order to build those shows. It was noted that WWE is expected to advertise TV tapings he will be participating in in the near future. The tribal leader would appear more frequently than Brock Lesnar during his tenure as champion.
